EMVIO is a Greek non-profit organisation active in digital education, social inclusion, culture, and public health. It develops online learning environments, digital tools, and educational resources that promote inclusive and accessible learning for people of all ages. EMVIO places strong emphasis on social solidarity, community empowerment, and lifelong learning, and it works closely with schools, NGOs, municipalities, and European partners. The organisation participates actively in Erasmus+ projects focusing on digital skills, inclusion, innovation, and empowerment of vulnerable groups. Its team brings together expertise in education, IT development, communication, and project management, contributing to initiatives that connect technology with human development and equal opportunities.

Apostolos Vantarakis

Apostolos Vantarakis is Professor of Hygiene at the Department of Medicine, University of Patras, Greece, since 2017. He holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Patras, an MSc in Genetic Toxicology from Swansea University, and a PhD in Public Health. His academic and professional background includes positions as Assistant Professor at the Democritus University of Thrace and as Technical Inspector in public health and occupational safety authorities. His research focuses on public health and environmental hygiene. He has coordinated over 25 EU-funded projects (Horizon, Erasmus+, Interreg, etc.) and more than 60 national research initiatives. He is the author of over 135 peer-reviewed international publications and numerous articles in Greek journals. He is actively involved in scientific publishing as Associate Editor and Editorial Board member in several journals, and frequently serves as a reviewer. Prof. Vantarakis has organized multiple national and international conferences and regularly delivers lectures on public health-related topics. He is the founder of EMVIO, a non-profit organisation promoting social inclusion, culture, and public health.

Charitini-Maria Skoulidi

Charitini-Maria Skoulidi has over twenty years of professional experience in EU project management, strategic development, and vocational education and training. She has coordinated and implemented more than sixty European projects focused on digital transformation, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, and innovative learning. Ms. Skoulidi serves as EU Project Manager and Researcher at EMVIO, a non-profit organization active in social solidarity, culture, and public health, and as Strategy and Development Advisor at Koi.S.P.E. “FAROS”, supporting social enterprises for people with disabilities. She holds an MSc in Tourism Business Administration, with a specialization in accessibility for people with disabilities, and a BSc in International and European Economic Studies from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She is a certified adult educator and an advocate for inclusive education, accessible digital innovation, and sustainable European cooperation.

Chara Stassinopoulou

Chara Stassinopoulou serves as EU Projects Manager at EMVIO, where she is responsible for project coordination, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and dissemination activities. Her work includes close collaboration with public authorities, NGOs, educational institutions, and local stakeholders, ensuring project impact and sustainability. Ms. Stassinopoulou holds a bachelor’s degree in management of Cultural Resources from the University of Patras and has additional training in ICT, social media marketing, and translation. She is an experienced adult educator and translator, supporting multilingual communication and knowledge transfer in European projects. Her professional interests focus on inclusive education, digital transformation with focus on AI applicability, and effective dissemination of EU-funded initiatives.
