Marilena Crugliano

Marilena Crugliano is a training specialist with extensive experience in designing, managing, coordinating, and financially reporting regional, national, and EU-funded educational programmes. As founder and board member of OMNIS, an accredited training agency, she oversees needs assessment, curriculum development, organisational management, and quality evaluation. She has worked in training organisations, schools, and institutional networks, taking on senior roles in planning, teaching, tutoring, and project coordination. She has taught Italian, history, and geography in secondary schools, fostering inclusive learning environments and supporting students through personalised pathways, including as a support teacher for learners with disabilities. Marilena has contributed to numerous training initiatives, coordinating teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance. Her expertise covers vocational training design, educational planning, guidance, skills assessment, labour-market matching, and innovative pedagogical approaches. She holds a degree in Modern Literature and a Master’s in the Design and Evaluation of Training Processes, complemented by advanced training in group dynamics, leadership, communication, ISO standards, and quality systems. With her multidisciplinary background, she is a highly qualified professional in vocational education and organisational development.

Constantino Kounas

Constantino Kounas is a specialist in the design, management, and financial reporting of European projects, with solid experience across public bodies, non-profits, and private training institutions. He has worked extensively within Erasmus+, Interreg, MED, PON, FSE, and other EU and international cooperation programmes. He has managed numerous initiatives — including DAMET, SCURE, SOS Networks, FOCUS, LOST 2, Pact4Skills, TUDORS, and TUNE UP — overseeing administrative coordination, financial reporting, transnational partnerships, event organisation, monitoring, output production, and full budget supervision. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with a wide range of organisations, covering roles from Project Manager and Senior Expert to Financial Manager and Territorial Agent for microcredit development. His work spans support to territorial networks, social services coordination, consultancy for innovative projects, and actions in environmental governance and labour market policies. Known for navigating complex contexts and ensuring strict compliance with EU rules, he has built a career rooted in European cooperation and the strategic management of high-impact projects.

Enrica Sgoluppi

Enrica Sgoluppi is a training and workplace-safety professional with over twenty years of experience in designing, managing, and delivering educational programmes. Active since 1999 across multiple sectors, she has developed strong skills in training design, coordination, marketing, and quality-certified process management. After early roles in services and private healthcare, she gained increasing responsibility in companies specialising in industrial automation and robotics. In 2005 she founded CE.DI.S.S., where she serves as Director and Process Manager, overseeing needs analysis, programme design, delivery, monitoring, evaluation, and commercial activities. Over the years she has also collaborated with various accredited training bodies, providing tutoring, administrative support, and operational assistance in complex projects. Her multidisciplinary background includes numerous specialist certifications in workplace safety, quality systems, internationalisation, communication, and training project development, along with qualifications as RSPP, Fire Safety Officer, and First Aid Officer. A reliable and skilled professional, she is a key figure in corporate training and safety management.
